SHIPPING RATES
Shipping cost is based on total weight and volume of product purchased and is determined by the shipping carrier. Retail orders over $75 that ship to the contiguous U.S. will ship for free by standard USPS shipping methods.
SHIPPING TIME
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship orders from our Microsoapery in Golden, CO which is only open Monday through Friday. Retail orders are typically shipped within 1-5 days, but we do not guarantee a specific ship date. Turnaround is usually very quick, but when we run out of a product, we'll make it for you fresh!
Wholesale orders ship in approximately 7-10 days depending on the size of the order. Please note that transit times for each shipping carrier may vary. Spinster Sisters Inc. is not responsible for any delay in delivery once your order has been picked up by a shipping carrier. LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is currently not available in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. When it resumes, select 'Local Pickup at Microsoapery' to pick up your order for free at 301 Commercial Rd. Suite G, Golden, CO 80401. We will email you when your order is ready. The Microsoapery is open for pickups Mon-Fri from 8:30am - 5pm.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase; however, if you need to make a return or exchange we are happy to help whenever feasible. Any items that have been opened cannot be returned. Spinster Sisters Co. does not cover the shipping costs to return items, and items must arrive in their original, unused condition. Please contact us for information to include with your return and return your unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom items and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Gift Certificates are not returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
