Spinster Sisters Poised to Launch Revolutionary “Free-From” Line of Skin and Hair Care
Golden-based natural personal care company taking clean beauty to another level
Golden, Colo. October 14, 2021 — Spinster Sisters Co, a burgeoning natural personal care company, is launching a game-changing family of clean beauty products they call the “Free From” line.
“Free From” means this new sustainable line of face, body, and hair care is the total package for ethical and environmental choices in plant-based, effective, clean beauty solutions. Free from toxic ingredients like sulfates just like the rest of their products, this new line is also free from water and plastic waste. Each category in the line has its own new revolutionary products:
Face: Daily Glow Face Cleanser Bar with Turmeric, and Daily Glow Serum Bar with Blue Tansy Oil & Hyaluronic Acid.
Body: Body Butter Bar, Sugar Scrub Bar, and Deodorant Bar (2 scents each).
Hair: Shampoo Bar and Conditioner Bar (2 scents each).
Samples are currently being sent to select retailers and the full product line will begin shipping on November 15, 2021.
Did you notice all the products are bars? Founder Kelly Perkins had this to say about the new line:

The Shampoo and Conditioner Bars are existing products in the company’s profile that are now part of this line. The Rosemary Mint Conditioner Bar was recognized in September by New Hope Network with the Best New Personal Care Product NEXTY Award. The panelists specifically emphasized that “taking a plastic free approach to a category that is rife with plastic waste” was a reason for the win.
Each plant-based formulation in the new product line is water-free and comes in biodegradable packaging. The boxes are FSC Certified paperboard using soy-based inks and with a biodegradable lining on the inside. With its mission based on sustainability, Spinster Sisters was already single-use plastic free, and will continue to offer its liquid products that come in recyclable containers of PET1, HDPE2, Post Consumer Resin, bioplastic tubes, and glass.
But of course, sustainability doesn’t start or end there. Each product Spinster Sisters offers is consciously crafted using wind-powered energy at the company’s Microsoapery in Golden, Colorado. They use Fair-Trade Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, and Coffee, Sustainable Palm Oil, and plant-based ingredients that are ethically sourced and from local providers where possible. Working towards their B-Corp certification, policies and procedures are in place and closely monitored to ensure the company does right by its most treasured asset - its people - as well as the planet. This new line goes even further as Spinster Sisters takes a pioneering leap to reducing the carbon footprint of anyone who cares about what they put on their bodies and the impact they have on the environment.
