"So I actually came across this shower steamer at my local Fred Meyers. Currently my husband and I are dealing with a cold and I wanted to give this a go. I actually don't use this in the shower. Instead I run some really hot water in the sink stop it so the water fills up a bit and just put a little bit of this tablet into the sink and just inhale...I broke the tablet into smaller pieces to prolong it ☺️.
