We're a Colorado Company to Watch in 2019

Spinster Sisters Co. is honored to have been chosen as a 2019 Colorado Company to Watch. Founder Kelly Perkins was celebrated at the Gala Awards Dinner on June 20th, 2019. What a way to celebrate our 7th year in business! 

For the last ten years, Colorado Companies to Watch has honored companies headquartered in the state of Colorado. It awards 50 companies each year who have grown past the startup phase and demonstrate high performance in the marketplace or exhibit innovative products or processes. They focus on second stage companies to recognize the role of growing businesses like ours to drive job creation in the economy. 

Spinster Sisters Co. has grown exponentially from its humble roots as a local craft fair vendor. We currently employ more than 15 people to run our skincare retail business and a robust wholesale business with 1,800+ accounts coast-to-coast. In 2018, we expanded into a 7,800 square foot manufactory in south Golden affectionately called the Microsoapery, exponentially increasing our production capabilities.

Our founder Kelly, a self-proclaimed “crunchy Boulder-ite”, created Spinster Sisters Co. as an alternative to the witches’ brew of chemicals that many modern skincare companies represent. We are committed to creating safe and gentle skin care products that benefit our consumers, our employees and the earth, and we are proud to be recognized as innovators and job creators!
