Moisturizing AF, but not sold on the cardboard tub

"Amazingly moisturizing serum without looking or feeling too greasy. Really nice to apply at night after a day in the sun! Unfortunately, the packaging doesn’t seem to enjoy my un-air-conditioned apartment after our recent heat wave. About 1/2 of the serum started sticking to the top of the tube. Put it in the fridge to no avail. It has since been unceremoniously scooped into a glass jar which is much less portable for camping etc, but more functional for summer temps. The Hylauronic stick is also starting to give up in a hilarious way (other photo attached). Perhaps these need a recommended temp range?"
