"I just bought a tube of this Muscle Stuff at the Upstate Minnesota store on a trip to Grand Marais, at the strong recommendation of the woman working there. I don’t want to get my stuff out there, but deep painful muscle spasms are my constant “companions,” for more than a decade, to a debilitating degree, and topical solutions have done nothing for me. But this rub is MAGIC!! I just had horrible pain in the muscles attaching to my left hip and pelvic bones, and I used the Muscle Stuff on it (I don’t rub it in) and it helped SO MUCH, almost immediately…. it’s truly astonishing! When I told my adult son, he said, “Buy a case of it!”"

"I love these products but the muscle rub seems to be the exception. It felt like putting on ghee with cayenne in it, not much more than spicy on my skin. Maybe some arnica would make this more potent but until the formula changes, skip this one."
