Shaving Cream

Oakmoss + Amber Shave Bar

$13.99

A Close Shave. Zero Compromise. Unforgettable Scent.

This isn't your average shave cream. No plastic tube. No synthetic foam. No mystery ingredients watering down your routine. The Oakmoss + Amber Shave Bar is a rich, concentrated shaving experience in a plastic-free format that travels anywhere, lasts longer than a can, and smells like dark woods, warm amber, and open water. Work up a lather and let the skin-loving oils do the rest.

Why Your Face Will Thank You:

A Shave That Actually Protects Your Skin Most shave creams are mostly water — which means they evaporate fast and leave your skin exposed. This bar delivers a dense, cushioning lather built on olive, coconut, and castor oils — a time-tested combination that stays put, lets your razor glide cleanly, and protects against nicks, irritation, and razor burn. One shave and you'll wonder why you ever used anything else.

Conditions While You Shave Shea butter, cocoa butter, apricot kernel oil, and argan oil don't just lubricate — they soften beard hair at the root, condition skin as you shave, and leave your face feeling smooth and comfortable, not stripped and tight. Aloe extract and glycerin keep moisture locked in through every pass of the blade. Wind, salt air, cold mornings — your skin stays resilient and ready.

Nourishes Without the Nonsense No parabens. No synthetic fillers. No aerosol. No plastic. Just a clean, purposeful ingredient list — including fair-trade shea butter, soothing bentonite clay, and sodium lactate for a bar that's hard, smooth, and built to last. What goes on your face matters, especially when you're shaving every day. We take that seriously.

The Scent Oakmoss and amber. Deep, warm, and grounded — like the best version of the outdoors. Not loud. Not synthetic. Just the kind of scent that lingers in the best possible way.

How to Use: Wet face with warm water. Work the bar directly onto skin or between palms to build a rich lather. Shave as usual. Rinse clean.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you store Shampoo Bars?

Keep them dry, and out of sitting water.  Just like Soap left in a wet environment, the shampoo bars will get soft, and seemingly melt when left in a moist environment.  We recommend using soap dishes that will help keep your bar out of moisture.  I always recommend standing your bar on its side, so that the air can dry the most surface area.

How do you use shampoo bars?
  1. Wet both your hair and the shampoo bar.
  2. Gently massage the bar in circular motions onto your wet hair to create a rich lather.
  3. Set the bar aside and use your hands to distribute the lather throughout your hair.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and apply conditioner if desired.
  5. Dry your hair and revel in its newfound lightness and brightness.
My hair doesn’t look so good after using the Shampoo Bar, what gives?

There could be several reasons why your hair doesn’t look so good after using it. Here are some common factors:

  1. Transition Period - when switching from traditional liquid shampoos to shampoo bars.  You can alleviate this concern by using a 1:1 water/vinegar solution to rinse your hair after first use.  After that, you should be good to go.
  2. Hard Water - The hardness of the water in your area can affect how well shampoo bars work.
  3. Using too much.
  4. Incompatible with  Hair types - Shampoo bars may not be suitable for all hair types. Some bars are formulated for specific hair types, so it's essential to choose one that matches your hair type and needs.
  5. Residue from different products - If there is residue from previous hair products in your hair, it can affect the performance of the shampoo bar.
  6. Ingredients - Check the ingredients of the shampoo bar to make sure there are no potential irritants or allergens that could be causing an adverse reaction.
